 Arc #2 had been burnt out and shorted from the 1st cycle. It needed to be rewired and then put back in the chamber. o Mr. Xu seemed frustrated throughout the morning, but once he went to lunch and came back, it was a much smoother day. He was much more willing to explain to us the changes he was making and it was beneficial for us.
- Mr. Xu began his dialing in of Gun Metal with the process/methods they use in China. o He was able to run 4 cycles throughout the day and he did achieve a darker color than we did the past week. Although he did not feel the end result was dark enough to match the gun metal we were trying to achieve. o We tested substrates both on the planetary and stationary gears, but the ones located on the planetary gears resulted in the darkest color. o He changed a few parameters and they did seem to work, such as:
