The nurse obviously has no self-control because she wants to eat a baby pop tart, already has no self-control because she wants to eat a helpless child, and will do it in front of the baby’s parents. The idea that this person cannot control themselves is to make people believe that pop tarts are so good that no one can control themselves around pop tarts. The commercial does not seem to have a hero because the parents are not shown doing anything to save their son from the nurse and her appetite. The villain, on the other hand, is quite clearly the nurse. Her menacing smile with the line “It’s time for a feeding” show that she is going to eat this pop tart child and have no remorse about it. The looks on the parents’ faces after she says this line indicate that she did partake in this evil
