1920 different animals are abused yearly and 19% of them are used for entertainment and sports purposes. Bullfighting, sled dog racing, and animal actors are some examples that fall under the topic of animals used for entertainment. Animals are not ours to use for entertainment. Owners of such events and places that use animals for entertainment are basically abusing (using electricity or hitting) these animals to simply get money. Aquariums, zoos ,and animal circuses are all places that use animals for the same concept, money.

Rodeo, part of America's tradition, started from the early 16th century. Bull riding is an example of rodeo, where a bull is buckled and a brave volunteer should ride the bull holding the rope with either one hand or free hands. One of many reasons the bull actually jumps around is because the rope binds the bull's genitals which encourages him to jump around. Another cruelty practice is dogfighting. Imagine all of the amount of money that these owners get by abusing animals to get viewers and money. Almost 500 animals have died at a zoo in just 4 years due to emaciation, hypothermia (decrease in body temperature) or other injurious accidents. The animals are kept in a cage where they can't really move. Most animals who have both terrestrial and aquatic features (like penguins) are left without water on hot summer days. Aquariums are built on the suffrage of intelligent sea creatures who are taken away from their natural habitats. Normally, sea creatures have endless spaces to swim in and meet other sea creatures, that is their natural habitat. Whereas some people take these innocent creatures from their families and big habitats to be caged in a smaller one, where they are forced to learn tricks that "entertain"
