Although, culture is not determined by one’s desire to succeed, it is seen as a conflicting meaning in order to develop an unambiguous definition of culture. On the contrary, Goldreich (2007) states that the main purpose of complexity of culture is to follow a diverse and complex use, which will allow culture to become a practice on one’s daily life. Therefore, using complexity of culture to express and figure out cultural identities will help one understand the importance of a culture system. The issue of complexity of culture stems from people not understanding how important culture is in the organization. According to Robbins (2007), culture’s role within an organization is to create distinctions between one organization and others. Next, it is to convey a sense of identity for all organization employees. Furthermore, it facilitates the generation of commitment one’s self-interest. It also holds a stand for what employees should say and do. Finally, culture serves as a mechanism that guides and shapes employees attitudes and behaviors (Robbins, 2007, p 489).
