2. Currency: Is the site kept up to date? o I could not locate the last time the website was updated. The website did indicate that there it was copyrighted in 2013. o The links appear to all be update. I found that I was able to navigate easily through the website.

Subject matter: What purpose is the website supposed to serve? o As stated in the goal of the website, the goal is to provide you with a comprehensive, highly informative and useful resource for understanding, preventing, and seeking appropriate treatment for back and neck pain and related conditions. I think that their goal is well established. The website provided tons of information regarding back pain. The information was intelligent, but not difficult to understand. It was not written in a way where the everyday person would have a hard time deciphering the information. o The intended audience is people experiencing back pain looking for cures, relief and prevention. o The website is a good resource for nutrition and fitness. In my personal opinion, while the website was easy to navigate and provided valuable and informative information. The website offered both nutrition and fitness exercises for a healthy back. I appreciated that the website also offered some of the information in Spanish.
4. Connectivity and Workability: Is the site easy to use? o The website was easy to use and easy to navigate. It was not overly complicated. It is well organized. I liked that the areas of back pain were separated and well organized. If experiencing pain it would be easy to come on this website and distinguish where to look for help.
