2.3- by working towards the framework in the setting means that we are able to cover all of the prime areas in able to help the child to achieve their goals. When you get to know the children you are able to see what types of way they like to learn whether it’s a form of messy play, physical activities or singing and dancing. The framework is there for us to work alongside to make sure that we are on the right track in helping the child achieve their potential. This could help the child with creating relationships with other children which could then lead on to them achieving many other goals and next steps. If the child is not confident in working in a group, then it is important that you start on a one to one then gradually add more children in without making the child feel like they are being put on the
