Cyrano de Bergerac Overture
“Musics often influence people’s thoughts and express people’s moods.” I heard these words when I was young, but I did not really understand it. This semester, I am taking Introduction to Music, which makes me understand that music creates many things I do not know and interesting things about music I have not learned. Went to a concert under the course requirement, I was impressed by Cyrano de Bergerac Overture, which was composed by Johan Wagenaar, one of the most important and influential Dutch musicians of his time in 1905.
