The Russian Monarchy exemplified absolute power by ordering strict rule over everyone in their control and punishing everyone who disobeyed them quickly and powerfully. When Ivan the Great was crowned as the Tsar, he showed both his and other empires the power that he had over everybody else, as he was able to fight off the controlling Tatars that previously ruled over Russia and tripled in size, stabilizing and improving Russia overall.
