Camera (Daguerreotypes) Now and days many people use a camera to take photographs of things they enjoy and like to see. In our present time a camera can capture many great, scary, and embarrassing moments in our lifetime. The camera is very important to us now and days, people wonder sometimes how different things would be if the camera wasn’t ever invented. Our world is being taken over by a bunch of cameras, we love to catch every moment of our life’s and post them on social networks. Many devices have camera’s on them; laptops, Ipads, Ipods, smartphones etc. Have you ever wondered where this all started? Who invented the first camera? October 6th 1839, Alexander and John Johnson started to work on the daguerreotype operation that was published the August 1829. BY October &, 1839 they were able to manufacture the photo daguerreotypes. Alexander and another partner of his decided to construct an item that would change peoples perspective of memories. They invented the camera, it wasn’t the first but it was the first camera that had used daguerreotype. The camera was invented to capture peoples moments on a screen, and from there everything started developing every year it had progressed and is still progressing. After a couple of years of the camera being invented, he decided to have a different type of camera that can take pictures with an iodine-sensitized silvered plate and mercury vapor.
