Criminal History of The Dallas Mavericks

Unfortunately, the Mavericks, like many other NBA basketball teams, have had their fair share of players charged with or convicted of criminal crimes in Dallas over the years. Over the course of the past few years, the following is a look back at the criminal arrests of Dallas Mavericks players.

First Dallas Player to be Charged

In 1987, guard Brad Davis was the first player for the Dallas Mavericks to be charged with a crime that drew national attention during his time with the team. A fight that took place between Davis and a security guard at a nightclub in Dallas resulted in Davis being charged with aggravated assault.
