d. Collateral duties:.
1. Command Pay Personnel Administrator (CPPA). He serves as a Command representative on Navy pay, personnel, and travel policies and procedures, servicing all NAVSUP FLCJ’s military personnel physically assigned at Naval Station Jacksonville. He is the critical link between individual sailors, their command, and the supporting pay and personnel organization.
2. Departmental Career Counselor. He advocates for all our sailors and provides sound career guidance. He leads the coordination efforts and document preparation for Command Development Boards, required leadership and in-rate classes, and necessary billet and program screening.
