Have you ever done something bad and then been caught? You probably have, but have you ever been guilty of first-degree murder? Well, committing a crime is a very bad thing to do, but if you are guilty that can be the worst part. If you happen to be guilty, investigators will search your house to see if they can find anything weird, and the police will ask you lots of questions about what happened. Well, this is a trial of a man who is guilty of a crime scene investigation. David Eldridge should be found guilty of murdering Mr. Armes because there is evidence that justifies it. David Eldridge ended up taking the metal spatula home to clean it, but never brought it home. The evidence proves my claim because I am assuming that David Eldridge the night of the murder had the metal spatula and killed Mr. Arms with it, leaving tons of fingerprints and blood all over it. This means that David Eldridge could have left all of the different kinds of wounds on Mr. Arms's body. It was very suspicious that David Eldridge took the same metal spatula to his home to clean it. With all the evidence, I assume the reason he wanted to bring it home and clean it was because he was trying to clear his fingerprints that were left on it. Another reason why David Eldridge is guilty of murdering Mr Arms is because his fingerprints were found all around the dead body. He was there to beg for a raise but did not get it for a long time so he got mad and decided to kill him for revenge. Also, after he didn't get the raise, he just decided to quit.
