Dear Jury Members: Have you ever wondered if you can die from a spatula? Well, this is what happened to Mr. Armes in the case of David Eldridge. Mr. Armes was found in the restaurant stabbed and lying dead in a pool of blood with reasonable evidence found against someone specific. Reasonable evidence was found against David Eldridge.

To begin, you should find David Eldridge guilty of first-degree murder due to reasonable evidence. One piece of evidence that shows this is, that Eldridge was the only other person who had a key to the restaurant and knew the code to the safe other than Mr. Armes. The recipe for the Mega burger had been missing from the safe, which also led to Mr. Arne's competitor making an almost identical Mega burger. This shows Eldridge could’ve killed Armes to get the recipe, and traded the recipe for the competitor, paying his debt off. This shows if Eldridge had killed/ got Mr. Armes out of the way it would lead to good business for Armes' competitor. Arne's competitor would get more money, so she could’ve paid off his house so he could get the recipe.
