This order was it is to help the executive’s to be more loyal to our country so that the congress doesn’t screw use over but they probably do anyways .
Document 2 McCarthys Wheeling speech
McCarthy suggested that there were Russian spy’s infiltrating America and Thought that Russian were trying to spread their communism at the time we were trying to figure out our foreign policy’s about how to handle this situation on communism.
