Hero Essay By Adwait Dubey “Heroes may not be braver than anyone else. They’re just five minutes longer.” – Ronald Reagan, Eulogy for Unknown Soldiers (1984). What do you think defines a hero? Well, my definition of a hero is a brave, committed, and helpful person. In my opinion, heroes don’t have to be Iron Man or Superman with all their superpowers, they just need to have a strong mindset.

A heroic word I think is important is brave. On slide 5 of “Heroes I believe” they say “They stand up for the small, skinny boy that likes to read more than the average high-schooler, because they’ve been where he is, and they know what it feels like to be alone.” That shows that heroes are brave because they have the bravery to actually stand up for people in which they know they might also get bullied or even get physically hurt.
