Just like a calm river that moves down stream building up momentum, pushing its way to the powerful waterfall, where it can transfer the energy and find its way to become calm again. You will feel different after you unload the tension, by putting it into words and forcing that energy back onto me. I must say if you must put together some great articulated words of wisdom that may take my success away. I can remember back a few centuries ago, when I was in better physical shape, my path was crossed by shoplifting criminal, during my tour of duty at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. It was late in the day about five or six on my way home from work, I had traveled to Walmart to pick up some groceries for supper later that night. I was standing in the checkout line when a young man came running on by then following behind him at a much slower pace, was the balding old tool department manager and shouted, “Stop thief!” that is when I began to get in on the chase. During this time line of my life I was twenty three, strong, young, and still not being concerned about me due to the fact I was a Marine. I chased the young lad for a mile or two when I shouted at him and said, with a lot of aggression “you are better off to stop running, I can run all day, I will catch you and then you will be caught and even more exhausted than you are now!” After contemplating my words of wisdom and the fact of him being out of breath similar to a fish out of water gasping for its dear life, he stumbled to a stop and began to turn around while reaching into his shorts. This did register some possible threat to me as I tried to maintain some distance between the two of us, thinking to myself,
