The training course provided a lot of information, along with supplementary resources, which provided me with valuable tools for continued learning. Despite these strengths, there were areas identified for improvement. One suggestion was to increase the focus on cultural sensitivity. Although the training addressed general caregiving strategies, greater emphasis on cultural nuances and sensitivity could enhance the quality of interactions with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
