Cultures are made from a culmination of many ideas, concepts, and symbols that are created from a group of people. Through the ANS 242 we have looked over many Alaskan Native cultures and their cultures. The symbol that stood out to me this week is from the Dena'ina symbolism and presence of dreams in their culture.The presence and symbolism that are a part of gleaming truth and understanding dreams in order to solve personal issues through the understanding of symbolism in dreams is an intriguing prospect. The Dena'ina people use dreams as a method of becoming a shaman in the village.
