I was worried, confused, and lost as a senior in high school; I was staring in the face of my future feeling unsure of my next move. As the clock slowly ticked away, signaling the highly anticipated end of my high school career, it foreboded an even bigger problem: deciding my future. I had family members, teachers, and counselors all pushing and pressuring me to make a decision and begin planning for that future. I was buried to my neck in stress of the unknown and what could arise in the upcoming year. There were several paths I had thought about intensely and in an attempt to chip away at the walls of stress built around me, I chose one of the paths.
