Shouldn’t young adults have a guide to assist them to have a more successful and positive future? Search Institutes have found a way to help young adults get a head start on their life by coming up with 40 Developmental Assets. The list is divided into two categories, which are internal and external Assets. One famous example in our society that uses Developmental Assets is from an author, Paul Zindel, who wrote The Pigman.
