El Día de los Muetos also known as day of the dead starts on November 1st and ends on November 2nd. During these two days all over Mexico people remember their family and friends that have passed away.
2. One of their traditions are making an altar, altars contain offerings like candles, fresh flowers, photos of the dead, favorite food and drinks, incense, and much more. Another tradition is cleaning and decorating the graves of the loved ones. Adult graves are marked with yellow marigolds and children’s graves are marked with white orchids.
