She holds a Bachelor of Science from Central Michigan University and a Master of Library and Information Science from Dominican University. She has served libraries as a Customer Care Consultant and trained internal Gale stakeholders as a Research Product Support Specialist before joining the Customer Education team. Conducting customized on-site and online training sessions for libraries throughout the Southeastern U.S. is her specialty. Ms. Mageski is dedicated to providing training that helps schools meet their goals, so that they can effectively support their users’ research and learning needs. Ms. Mageski will be leading day one’s training on databases and how they can help the ELL
