Jefferson Thomas Thomas Jefferson is one of the thinkers I've studied in this course who I find really fascinating. His dedication to freedom, justice, and democracy can be seen by his contributions to political theory, particularly his part in creating the Declaration of Independence. Jefferson imagined a society founded on individual freedom and natural rights, which had a long-lasting influence on the evolution of today's democratic governments.
The Most Interesting Course Interaction: I found the study of Plato's Allegory of the Cave to be the highlight of the course. This metaphor drastically changed my conception of reality, perception, and knowledge.
