This could result in fewer crickets preying by the laughing kookaburra since more frilled-neck lizards are evident. To further reduce the decrease in crickets, more frilled-neck lizard means fewer crickets.
According to the food web, if Dingo extinct, the population of the wombat will increase in large numbers because there are no more animals hunting for the wombat. As a result, the native grass will need to feed a greater population of wombats. Which severely decreases the number of native grasses in the area, this might also affect the number of primary consumers that consumes native grasses due to the lack of food source.
Referring to the last paragraph, the increase of Wombat will cause crickets and kangaroos to decrease in number because it doesn’t have a food source other than the native grasses. The decrease of crickets may also cause the number of Magpie, Emu and Frilled-Neck Lizards to drop. Furthermore, the decrease of Frilled-Neck Lizards and Crickets can cause the laughing kookaburra and wedged tail eagle to greatly decrease in population or maybe even extinct because they don’t have other alternate food
