Present the overview of the case Discover Technologies LLC also known as Discover Tech of Reston Virginal request for the GAP agree to fully reimburse the cost of filling and pursing its protest with the company Aurotech. Inc. which intel’s a corrective action against various information technology support services (GAO, 2017). Discover has the right under the FAR Part 15 regulations to request reimburse of protect cost and can possibly receive reimbursement deepening on the conditions of the case (GAO, 2017). Unfortunately, the request was denied due to the fact that the protest ground were not commendable (GAO, 2017). Also the agency HHS responded promptly to corrective action in response to the protest (GAO, 2017).
