Being a great leader is one thing, but having a positive effect on others is something many people should look more into. Rapper, musician, and performer Doja Cat as well as Macbeth from Macbeth by William Shakespeare show great examples of what it takes to be a great leader. Doja Cat being fearless when taking her vision to the next level while also being confident, and Macbeth being fearless and confident while attempting to rule an entire kingdom and giving orders to those that follow him. Having Doja Cat and Macbeth be great examples of an excellent leader, leaves a positive impact on others. Doja Cat is a strong leader because she takes her vision to the next level and characterizes herself without placing a label on her. Taking everything to the next level affects people positively because it can inspire peers in her industry to do the same, which results in her being a great leader. Taking the stage for weekend one of Coachella, Doja cemented herself as the right choice to close out the weekend. According to Billboard, Doja included characteristics to elevate the performance such as,“playful wigs, a mud pit, a fake Tyrannosaurus rex skeleton, dancing yetis and other elements” (Billboard). Adding these elements to a headlining set displays Doja’s ability to be herself while also embracing her “signature strangeness”. This makes her a strong leader because she is able to command the stage while also being herself. Like Doja Cat, Macbeth is just as strong of a leader because he is fearless and confident in anything and everything he does. According to “Macbeth” By Shakspere, he urges Macduff to live and arrogantly questions and claims “What need I fear of thee? But yet I'll make sure”
