I chose this piece because in a way it was different than the others. Cubism has always intrigued me ever since I saw it at the beginning of the semester. The rest of the gallery were reactions to cubism and other types of trends. The gallery setting for the works of art had a dim and direct lighting centering each of the artworks. The works of art were displayed accordingly and has a fair amount of space between each piece. A viewer could move through the exhibit either from one of two sides. I found this gallery coming from the east side of the museum. I came to find this artwork on a white wall and it was on the wall by itself. The painting had a black borderline around it’s surface. The pieces in this gallery and throughout the museum had white pieces of paper to explain the title, artist, medium and etc. matching each painting either on the left or right
