Rock-Tenn Services, Inc. This case was that the plaintiff was wrongfully Terminated for missing a meeting while on vacation. Douglas Williams had been with the company for over 36 as a plant manager for the Denver Facility. The Plaintiff claims that he was approved for the vacation, but the employer abused its role in terminating Mr. Williams for taking an approved vacation after telling him that he was cleared to go on vacation and miss the meeting.
