She met the right people and made sure she developed healthy relationships so that she could request help when necessary. People knew that she cared deeply about solving this major problem at least to a certain extent, they knew that she was responsible, and they knew she was capable (Riccucci, 2002). By making sure that she had a great reputation, she was also obtaining the support of agencies and organizations. She also had the support of her staff and her senior staff, which to her, was extremely important (Riccucci, 2002).
