See it: visualize the route...each hand hold...the direction….best sequence of hands….when to match hand and or feet. Think of the process of one step at a time. Think of straight arms without muscles engaged in shoulders. Roll out shoulder. Think foot placement and rolling big toe over hold. Think to twist your core into the mountain to keep center of gravity close to the wall for efficient, energy conserving climbing.
Feel it: allow your moves to be imagined by the feel of the muscles (the kinesthetic feel) engaged at the proper moment with good flow and a relaxed mind with deep breathing.
Trust it: allows my mind to turn over the reigns to the muscles to execute the climb that I have pictured and
