The Life of Dr.Seuss
Theodor Seuss Geisel didn’t always start out as a successful kids author. Theodor was born on March 2, 1904. He first went to Dartmouth college and got expelled which caused him to go to Oxford university. He then became an oil campaign cartoonist, and that was how he got into making kids books and illustrations in 1935.
Theodor married Helen, but sadly Helen committed suicide on October 23, 1967. In 1968 Theodor decided to marry one of his good friends, Audrey Stone Diamond. After Helen’s death, Theodor decided to always be called, “Dr. Seuss” from his middle name. When “Dr. Seuss” decided to pursue his dream of becoming a kids author and illustrator, he made his wife, Audrey, the president of Dr. Seuss Enterprise. When
