In his book, What has Jerusalem to Do with Beijing ? Dr. K.K.Yeo brings a parallel between the historical context of faith between places like Athens, Jerusalem, and Beijing. He uses the book of Acts as his main reference. Yeo ascertains that Paul sought to lead the audience of his time to a fuller knowledge of monotheism, that is, faith in Jesus and the power of Christ’s resurrection. According to him, the perennial issue is how to proclaim Jesus Christ in a secular and philosophical world, how to relate a connection between the historical Athens and the Beijing of today and see the Faith (Jerusalem) natural revelation and special revelation. He supports his claims with biblical references.
