Dr. Carl Hart, author of the non-fiction book High Price, takes his readers on an eye opening journey throughout his own life, which would ultimately give him firsthand exposure to drugs from day one. Unknowingly to him, that exposure would allow him to experience all the effects that he would eventually study.
