After reading the article on the case of Duane Buck. I’m amazed on how our criminal justice system can be corrupt in many ways. It’s racial discrimination in the criminal justice system that has effected Duane Bucks case. In my option I think he deserves a new sentencing trial. The mistakes in this case not only implement faults to Duane’s case but others as well. It is just like the Tulia , Texas video we watched in class. Discrimination is a huge dispute in society and the criminal justice system. I don't think we should be sentencing someone based on the color of there skin!
