Technology as a whole has made humans more dumb, but it has definitely opened up more advantageous opportunities for us as well. With technology, we no longer have a need to learn things anymore, as we can just look it up now. Therefore, we aren't learning the subjects we are supposed to be learning. So, I believe that although technology has had some positive impacts on human intelligence, it has had a more overall negative impact on us in general.
