With people under the age of 30-years old being found to be the “dumbest generation”, technology has also successfully exceeded humanity in a way.Another example but from source D talks about how technology has exceeded our humanity which is sort of true. “Albert Einstein famously said, “it has become appallingly obvious that our technology has exceeded our humanity.” (Source D/ Conoway) This shows that technology has its ways of exceeding humanity like today for example. People are more linked/connected to their technology than to the real things today. In conclusion, technology has its way of exceeding humanity and people under the age of 30-years old are found to be the “dumbest generation” due to the percentage of low knowledge levels. For instance, “Buccino claims that “When students are allowed to use phones, tablets or other devices for non-academic purposes during classroom lectures, they perform worse in end-of-term exams.” (Source C/Buccino) This shows that phone usage can be used to distract students with the non-academic related things on the device and result in poor scores in the end-of-term exams. Video games/technology that are unhealthy can affect you, your brain, and the environment.
