Dumbest Generation In America

Americans today have always been saying and asking why is Gen Z or the “millennials” so dumb nowadays and they blame the failure of the future on us. They go on and explain why we aren’t successful now and later in the future because of how dumb we are (specifically those under thirty). Most of the issue of why the future is ruined is because of other causes and reasons like the economy or just decisions we make as a nation. However, factors do play into that this generation has been a little weary on education and can deeply impact the future. Because students don’t learn and try to cheat their way or take shortcuts in school, it has concluded that those under the age of thirty are the dumbest generation in America.
Many factors can lead up to the conclusion of why those under thirty are dumb, but mainly it could be Google’s fault. Now, not Google in general, but how students like to search up things and find answers or easy ways to do assignments. Everyone knows websites like Quizlet and Studyblue are meant to help and study with school work or upcoming tests, but now to most students, they’re being considered as gods and holy lords of answers to assignments. For example, it could be that an “...18-year-old may have a Visa card, cell phone, MySpace page, part-time job, PlayStation 2, and an admissions letter from State U., but ask this wired and on-the-go high school senior a few intellectual questions and the façade of in-the-know-ness crumbles.” (Source 1). The issue mainly concerns why and what are the real reasons as it goes deeper and deeper to why this generation is dumb.
