Dust allergy is a reaction to tiny bugs that live within the house. Dust are not visible but are mostly caused by dust mites, furs from animals, cockroaches, pollen, mold etc. Getting rid of dust is not so easy. Dust allergy is due to the the inability of the body's immunity to fight unknown substances like pollen, mold and so on.
Lots of health disorders can be triggered by dust mites. One may feel as if one is suffering from asthma and flu. Dust mites can be likened to spiders, ticks, and bed bugs. Apple cider vinegar has expectorant, antimicrobial, and anti-inflammatory properties. The antimicrobial properties helps to fight allergies when used. The expectorant properties can be used to treat dust allergy symptoms like runny nose, sneezing and other flu-like symptoms that is associated with dust allergy. Simply add about one or two teaspoons of ACP with warm water. Add a little honey if you like. Mix together and drink. Drink the mixture thrice daily for better result.
Aloe Vera
Aloe Vera is naturally endowed with anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties which works against dust allergies. They can work to reduce dust allergies symptoms. Drink about half a cup of aloe vera juice like three times on a daily basis for better result.
Honey
Taking honey on regular basis can make one to overcome dust allergies or be at a lower risk of having dust allergies. Honey for Dust allergies will work best in people who suffers from dust allergies on seasonal basis. Take two or more teaspoons of honey on regular basis to get rid of dust allergies.
