Imagine a series of dust storms that are powerful enough to blind you right when you go outside. Then your lungs get filled up with dust.In the 1930s, farmers on the Great Plains used tractors around the area in the buffalo grass and, the short prairie grass. The farmers used horses before the tractor, then the tech had got better at the time and started to use tractors. The Dust Bowl was caused by three main factors: loss of shortgrass prairie, tractors, and drought. The photograph of Simon Fishman shows that there are five tractors working on the field. Imagine a series of dust storms that are powerful enough to blind you right when you go outside. A drought is the reason for the plants drying out since a drought would cause the area that it is in and cause everything around it to die of no water. The area that the drought is in will need water to recover from a drought and all the plants will not grow back without the water or the nutrients in the soil from the water. While the tractors will run over the dust and the dust will shoot up in the air and will form the dust bowl because of all the dust in the air and all the area filled with dust so all the dust will once go up in the sky like a dust storm but even
