On December 14, 2015, the city of Dutch Harbor was founded on December 14, 2015, the city of Dutch Harbor was founded in Alaska by Adam Nguyen and Jackson shell. Dutch Harbor was built on a semi- flat land with a bay in the center of the city, Dutch Harbor city has two mountains on the West and one mountain on the east of the land. The climate in Dutch Harbor is usually cold and some of the time is warm. Throughout the city, there’s one large police station and three small police stations, and there all have four stars effectively protected. There are one large fire, 11 small fire stations in the city and they are not evenly dispersed. However, there is none of the fire stations were not doing well in the city. The tax rate of Dutch Harbor residential is 11 percent; also the other building in the city has to pay 11 percent of the taxes. Throughout the city there’s 40 small parks that are located in the west. There are four beaches in the city, but two are located in the east and two located in the North. There are no Marinas and stadium in the Dutch Harbor City. However, there are many different places such as radio station, army base, missile range, prison, toxic waste dump, house of worship, and cemetery. Dutch Harbor city futuristic is has wind turbine place all around the city to get power from the wind to the city. Throughout the city there’s a big mass transit system in the city that are running around. Although, Dutch Harbor have wind turbine to produce energy already, but in the city there are waste energy that are producing power to the city.
