Lieutenant K. Masters #87, Officer Hughes and I spoke to Marcus and Teonna inside Unit #4. Officer Hughes served Teonna the Protective Order and explained to Teonna the restrictions of the protective order. Teonna was then told she was required to leave the premises. I believed this to be suspicious due to the fact both subjects were residing in unit #4 and previously #2, but to my knowledge had no connection with unit #1. While the door was opened, I noticed there was no furniture inside the apartment and it appeared to be vacant. Marcus and Teonna walked into the apartment and attempted to close the door. I stopped the door from closing and both subjects pushed harder on the door in an attempt to keep me from opening it. I forced the door open and told Teonna to put her hands behind her back. Teonna did not comply and continued to back away from me. Officer Hughes and I grabbed Teonna and placed her in handcuffs, and Lieutenant Masters ultimately handcuffed Marcus.
