The purpose of this paper is to explore the outcome and effectiveness of clients and or patients currently in treatment. This paper will further examine various areas of client symptoms, quality of life, social role function, and mental health to name a few. In addition, this instrument also compares any changes over time from the beginning of therapy to the end of therapy. The results of this outcome may be further utilized in other assessments for additional evaluation of extended treatment or additional counseling.

The outcome of your assessment would be determined upon various factors that I found in research of the OQ-45.2 (Outcome Questionnaire) developed by William E. Hanson (Lambert, Morton, Hatfield, Harmon, Hamilton, Reid, & …show more content…
This test will also measure: Symptom Distress, Interpersonal Relations, and Social Role performance. The results and or scores of the overall assessment outcome of this assessment will show how you interact with friends and family, any periods of anxiousness depression, and your response to outpatient therapy. Scoring for this instrument is a straightforward totaling of item values ranging from 0-4. The higher the total sore will determine the level of disturbances. Dysfunctional ability, and or subjective discomfort, interpersonal relations, and/or social role performance. As a victim of Domestic violence, sometimes it is imperative to evaluate, how therapy is going and monitor your progress. Therefore, I feel this assessment would work well for you. In addition, depending on your scores, it may suggest further recommendations for post psychotherapy treatment, if necessary. In addition, this test will assess reliability and validity.
