On the international saying, the leadership of President Ellen Sheaf Johnson of Liberia, West Africa made tremendous effort in transforming Liberia into international recognition. For the past 14 years of civil war, Liberia was totally downside by other countries and the United Nation, during of former president of Liberia, Charles G. Taylor. Killing of innocent children and women, raping girls and women, no safe drinking water, lack of electricity, educational were down, road under deplorable conditions, and international debts were up to 4.5 billion.
