Roy Choi borrowed a truck from a friend and began serving a
mix of organ and Mexican cuisine, short-rib tacos and quesadillas to
targeted neighborhoods. A friend of his helped him advertise his
new business by making a web site and a twitter for them. As with any business it was slow to get started up. But is now driving four
trucks in Los Angeles.
Yes I do think that Roy Choi could do further expansion. Like
purchased plates that match and re decorate the place as well. I fell
this way. Because changing things up would make it look different.
Which is not bad to do from time to time. I think that the competition
is a good bad thing for Choi’s mission. It will give him a base to come
u with ideas of the things people like in the place his food truck drives
too. Which to a first time business owner capital is hard to have at the
