Good evening Professor and Class. The step I consider to be the most important part of the emergency planning process is step six: plan implementation and maintenance. A great emergency operations plan can be formulated and get approved through government officials, however, without proper implementation and maintenance, the plan will eventually become outdated or worse cost lives and property.
