Ender’s army is given battles back to back to back with the enemy having the advantage. Ender wins every single one. Ender eventually beats his old leader of Salamander army and he is humiliated. That leader then attacks ender in the shower room and is brutally beaten by Ender. Battle school ends for Ender and he is sent to Command school. Colonel Graff takes Ender to the planet Eros where Ender meets Mazer Rackham. Mazer Rackham is the hero who saved the world from an invasion is the past. Rackham begins running Ender through more and more simulated battles where he commands and entire fleet. Ender starts learning more and more about these Buggers (aliens) and how they communicate. He learns that their queen thinks for them and makes their every move. He keeps fighting in more and more really hard battles and eventually fights one with nearly impossible odds against him. Many military officers are watching as Ender is becoming an amazing leader and commander. Ender ends up winning the huge battle but only with heavy losses and a lot of
