Pride and Prejudice
Each social class has an importance on how the characters behavior and actions will be. In the book we clearly see how they present the wealthy and the not so wealthy. To me the once with less money are the once that are richest in dignity because they indeed show respect for themselves and the people around them.
The higher class who in the book are represented by the Bingley’s and Mr. Darcy are the arrogant and cocky. They are influenced by their money and have influences because of their money. They are also enough information of how rich people act and why they act the way they do. We can clearly understand why the actions of the upper class are made and what influenced them to do what they did. It is always about the money and the social status people want to maintain.
In this book Elizabeth is the character who demonstrates that no matter what social class you belong to there is no need of acting as if you have something you don’t have. She demonstrates the need for social change and the fact that you don’t always have to do what is needed to fit into society and not receive judgment from them. Elizabeth is a character who claims the need of being different and not always fitting into the society’s judgmental side.
Overall in my opinion people don’t always have to fulfill the need of making others happy as long as they are happy everything will be fine. Many characters in the novel express
