A project in business and science is typically defined as a collaborative enterprise, frequently involving research or design that is carefully planned to achieve a particular aim. Projects can be further defined as temporary rather than permanent social systems that are constituted by teams within or across organizations to accomplish particular tasks under time constraints. A project narrative may sound as though it's a trite part of a boring business report or project summary, but it's much more than that. It can be used whenever a project of any kind needs to be described. Architects, businesspeople and grant writers use project narratives to describe what they've done or plan to do, and often to inspire others to do something for them.
A project plan will serve as an agreement between the following parties: Project Sponsor, Steering Committee, Project Manager, Project Team, and other personnel associated with and/or affected by the project.
The Project Plan defines the following:
Project purpose
Business and project goals and objectives
Roles and responsibilities
Assumptions and constraints
Project management approach
Ground rules for the project
Project budget
Project timeline
Here, in this project I would like to mention a project plan which I have completed recently in the organization where I am working.
