In this episode we watched about a restaurant “Faviken” that is far away from any big city, far from fresh ingredients in fact it is at a place where is nothing growing in six month a year. However the food in that restaurant is really delicious. This relate to my personal experience. When I was in middle school back in China we had a family trip to a small farm far away for the city I lived in. On the way to the farm my father told me that there is a great restaurant. However I did not believe him because I thought that the best restaurant will always be in the city. However at that small farm I had the most delicious food in my life.
