On 11/07/2015 at approximately 0930HRS, while on patrol driving a marked Midland Police Department vehicle, Officer Jimenez got dispatched to 4308 Erie, Midland, TX in reference to a Burglary of a Building. Dispatch informed him that the victim would meet up with him in the alley behind this address.
Officer arrived on scene at approximately 0935 HRS. Upon his arrival Officer Jimenez contacted the victim Ernest Wakefield (W/M/DOB 09/23/1954) who was waiving at him at the given location.
The victim then, informed the Officer that as he was getting ready to cut the grass he noticed that his Lawn Mower and Weed eater (both Sears Craftsman) were messing from his metal storage inside his backward behind his residence. He then, called dispatch
